Overview
A PR campaign with the goal of positioning GiffGaff as the go-to site for refurbished phones, with a specific focus on the 18-35 age group, particularly university students and early young professionals. The campaign aimed to create strong brand recall so that whenever people think about or consider refurbished phones, GiffGaff comes to mind.
Through the use of physical and digital marketing tools, namely in-person promotional material, fresh packaging, free stickers with every purchase, popup stores, and a re-designed homepage with the campaign at the forefront, this project aimed to make the public aware that GiffGaff puts quality and sustainability above all.
